It's located 5-6 approx miles from the Rock-n-Roll Hall of Fame. There's a lot of rock-n-roll fans that would love to be this close to their history. Progressive Field Stadium is 4-5 miles southwest of this property and you're just a few minutes away from Lake Erie. There a nice sized pond just east of this property and is a short walk away.

This is a good investment opportunity.
